Also included in the Spice Performance Method:
If you enrol in the 12-week 1:1 coaching program, you get full access to this course as part of your package — valued at $297.

Who Wrote This Course:
This course was written by Bella — Accredited Sports Dietitian, former elite junior AFL athlete, and Australia's leading female footy nutrition specialist. It's not a generic sports nutrition course with the word "AFLW" added. It was built from the ground up as a dedicated AFLW nutrition resource for women and girls playing Australian rules football at every level.
Bella played u18 Girls for the Eastern Ranges in the NAB Talent League, trained with the Hawthorn VFLW squad, and captained her senior women's team. She knows exactly what it feels like to train twice a day in pre-season, play in a tight final, and travel interstate for games — with no nutritional support.
She's also worked as Sports Dietitian at a national AFL Coaching Academy and coached 1000+ athletes across AFL, AFLW and related sports. Every module in this course reflects that combined experience — the clinical knowledge and the lived reality of playing the game.
"I finally understand what to eat on game day. The module on pre-game nutrition alone was worth the price — I went from feeling flat by half-time to having energy through the final siren."
What Athletes Say:
— Indi B. VFLW Athlete
"I've done generic nutrition courses before and they never felt relevant. This one felt like it was written specifically for me — because it basically was. Everything is AFLW-specific."
— Tara C. AFLW Academy Player
"The energy availability module was eye-opening. I'd been fatigued for months and just thought I was unfit. Turns out my diet was the problem. Changed my energy levels and my performance within weeks."
— Jess M. Community Women's Footballer
